Some of the biggest music stars in the world converged at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday night, for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. The award ceremony was hosted by Kelly Clarkson. The singer opened the show with a tribute performance to the victims of Texas mass shooting at Santa Fe High School.
The colorful event saw many memorable moments like the inspiring acceptance speech of Janet Jackson which has gotten the world talking. The likes of Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar who came into the night with the highest nomination numbers, went home as the biggest winners. Ed Sheeran won the award for Top Artistand Top Male Artist while Kendrick was named Top Rap Artist and Top Male Rap Artist.
